The main difference between Zubka and one of the many social network Linkedin is that there is a place where you can search directly job - it is not possible to nominate a job offer, simply Zubka is a recommendation service similar to what an agency would search for and selection of personnel . What makes it really different then is the fact that the recommendations can be made by ordinary people like you and me, based on our contacts in the virtual world or real.
