(click image to enlarge) 08/08/2008, the summer transfer market has passed its halfway point and is slowly coming to an end ... A session marked by shots promised , those (few) made by Ronaldinho, Muntari, Poulsen, Amauri ... and above all by Jose Mourinho. Yes, because after so many proclamations, seemed destined to reach the Inter home the coveted shot of the centennial, a purchase to Lampard, so to speak, the better both from a technical point of view the media. Everything announces a high treason by the leaders of the Blue midfield after a tragicomic season, to follow the beloved Zè from Setubal. The Special One is a special character, able to speak just of itself, for better or for worse: either that or you love it or hate it. The players who have worked with him seem to hang on his every word and want nothing but continue to have him as a trainer (see continuing market rumors that have virtually concerned the whole squad of Chelsea preparing to move to Inter ...). Personally, I appreciated the establishment of his press conference, professional, composed, ironic and strictly Italian. I still, however, not to stand against the myth of the Italian press, who idolizes everything he does: striking examples, the title of the Journal after Bayern-Inter, did I miss the Champions rivinto , or the fact that Mourinho is treated as one of the few in the world to demand from its punctuality and the only coach to ever be with his ball. As if all the other Italian coaches were inexperienced (vaglielo to say to Ancelotti, who won a Champions League with 13 players drafted, and has never had pretensions bulky on the market ...). In short, it's Portuguese Messiah, the magician of the training!
Quest'inutile prologue opens the door to my first post for Scudetto Mania, an article about something perhaps underestimated by the managers of the game (but not Mourinho!), That of training. So let us delve mourinhanamente used in various types of training, an essential device for me, since I used to play with teams of middle rank for them on the roof of the world. Always with long-term projects, with young men in need of such training to shape but, more importantly, to play with continuity (fundamental). Therefore, if necessary, carefully controlled amount of preparations you have pay slips and above what is actually good (there are many world-class cheap).
- FORCE = force Train, commitment, integrity and resistance. Increase this for Median interditori, backs and wings (including central defenders and powerful striker in need).
- AEROBIC = Training acceleration, agility, elevation, balance, reflexes and speed. For full-backs, wings, central defenders and midfielders / second.
- TACTICS = Training decisions, teamwork, intuition, position, without the ball. Several training for central defenders and central midfielders (both directors interditori).
- CONTROL BALL = Training header, dribbling, fancy, first game, technical . Training for directors and key midfielders, to a lesser extent for the central defenders and center-weight (for the header).
- DEFENCE = Training concentration, and contrasts marking. Especially for central defenders, to a lesser extent to the median.
- ATTACK = Training creativity and steps. Despite its name, it serves little to the attackers, at least in part to the second point. Good for midfielders and directors of fantasy.
- SHOOTING = Training finalization, coldness and shots from afar. This training for the striker, which is essential for them. To a lesser extent for the midfielders to shoot from a distance (of course you are going to set up "shooting from a distance" in the characteristics of the tactic).
- Train Set pieces = crosses, free kicks and long kicks. Training inexpensive, so a little 'never hurt anyone. Essential for full-backs and wings, which is important for directors and midfielders.
Combined with a solid workout (which does not exceed the "heavy" ever), we need young people to grow up to play with continuity, otherwise even the best coaches in the world will take effect. If you want to try a career a lot of fun, take teams of average size with a good youth system already established (Fiorentina, Palermo, Atletico Madrid, Porto, Tottenham ...) and let your puzzled observers looking for champions in the grass to grow as if they were their children. You will see the rewards!
A post soon all types of training that I prefer to use, they seem to work fine!
